Our HCRA Marlins Swim Team needs over 50 adult volunteers in place at each swim meet. Families are asked to sign-up for your required shifts on our Volunteer Sign-Up Genius. These positions are secured on a first come, first serve basis.
This year we are asking each family to select AT LEAST 3 volunteer shifts. Families new to swim team will be required to volunteer for AT LEAST 2 shifts. You may choose to fulfill one of your requirements by signing up as a Substitute. Please be aware that these Substitute positions could be a 1st or 2nd half shift. If a previously scheduled volunteer has to cancel or doesn't show up, someone from the Substitute List for that meet will be expected to fill in for said volunteer.
Swimmers whose families have not secured their volunteer spots may not be placed in meets until commitment is made.
