Volunteers

Our HCRA Marlins Swim Team needs over 50 adult volunteers in place at each swim meet. 

This year we are asking each family to volunteer AT LEAST 4 volunteer shifts. Families new to swim team will be required to volunteer for AT LEAST 2 shifts. Substitute shifts are not considered a volunteer position unless a shift is worked. Please be aware that these Substitute positions could be a 1st or 2nd half shift. If a previously scheduled volunteer has to cancel or doesn't show up, someone from the Substitute List for that meet will be expected to fill in for said volunteer.

Swimmers whose families have not secured their volunteer spots may not be placed in meets until commitment is made. You will be charged $25 per shift not fulfilled.

Please review the provided volunteer descriptions and meet dates so that you are prepared to select you preference at registration time.
