Registration

Register at the Swim Team Kick-Off Party Sunday May 22, 2011 2PM at HCRA Pavilion
A $25.00 late fee will be charged for registrations received after May 22, 2011.
Registrations received after May 26th, 2011 the swimmer will not be able to participate in the first swim meet
Regular Season Registration form in either MS Word or PDF format.
